
As my first project as a brand identity designer in 2022, I was asked to craft a logo that felt both familiar and bold, capturing Prince Hudda's dynamic persona.
Drawing inspiration from comic art, I developed a playful, cartoon-style rendition of his face, featuring his signature shades. This design aimed to evoke feelings of fun, charisma, humor, and sportiness, while maintaining a relaxed and approachable vibe that reflects his unique style.

Scope:
Our typical users are sports-obsessed males aged 18-30, who are passionate about football and MMA. They’re die-hard fans—not just casual viewers but the kind who watch entire games, follow every match, and stay up-to-date on stats, not just highlights.
Most are also sports gamblers, adding extra stakes to the games they love. These users are mature but not overly serious, enjoying content that helps them laugh at life’s challenges.
They consume a high volume of media and gravitate toward authentic, humorous takes on sports, making them both engaged and highly relatable.

The Primary Persona will inform key decisions around tone, aesthetics, and engagement strategies. The brand will emphasize bold, energetic visuals and a fast-paced, competitive feel that mirrors the excitement Josh craves to ensure that the redesign resonates with Prince Hudda's core audience.


The Aspirational Persona will shape the brand identity by blending in a fun, social, and youthful energy. The brand will lean into bold, playful visuals with a laid-back vibe, appealing to Doug's casual, sports-loving lifestyle.
The messaging will be informal, humorous, and driven by a sense of community, reflecting the friendly banter and competition Doug thrives on in fantasy football and with his friends.
The Aspirational Persona will inform key design decisions that will help attract Prince Hudda's target audience.

I explored how to visually express the brand's mission of standing out while remaining authentic and approachable.
The early concepts included the crown and monogram, both of which symbolized the brand’s core values of leadership, creativity, and boldness.
These sketches helped refine the visual language, ensuring that each mark resonated with the brand’s vibrant and dynamic personality, while maintaining a balance between elegance and playfulness.

The crown pictorial mark represents the regal and bold essence of Prince Hudda, symbolizing leadership, authority, and ambition—qualities aligned with the brand’s mission to stand out in its domain.
The "PH" monogram, with its simplicity and elegance, speaks to the brand’s values of authenticity, flexibility, and modernity.
Both logos encapsulate the dynamic, forward-thinking energy of the brand, while also paying homage to its playful and energetic spirit, ensuring versatility as the brand evolves across different touchpoints.
