Persona
Findings
We conducted the evaluation where we went through the steps of purchasing a jacket from Karrot where we found a total of 23 usability issues.

Then Created a design prioritization matrix based on the impact on usability of design and effort required to fix to narrow down the list and find the key issues to focus on for our recommendation.
Simple But Effective:
It’s the small details that are the most important when designing for usability. Although the changes in our redesign aren’t major overhauls of the original, the impact is very much felt.

By simplifying a complicated process and guiding the users through unknowns we are able to bring delight to users.

& Future Thinking
Adjusting to Western Culture:
Western cultures are more individualistic and eastern cultures are more collective. We were able to bridge some of the cultural gap by adding layers of protection for vendors and buyers to help build trust.

However we believe that there are additional cultural considerations that can improve the usability for North American users.
